A fantastic experience having waited so long to find the right car.

Having looked for a change of car for a couple of months with no success it was by chance my partner suggested I should go to Pat Lavery’s at Horden. I had a look on line straight away and picked out a blue Mocca. I rang Pat to check if the car was still available which it was. As soon as I looked at the car I thought yes that’s mine. Deposit was agreed with Pat and the car was mine the following day. Pat has a fantastic set up and a true business gentleman too. I would and will recommend to friends and colleagues Pat Lavery at Horden if they are looking to change or buy a car.

I’m a returning customer to this garage. Good range of used vehicles, competitive prices and stock seems well managed and maintained. Salesman was friendly, helpful and took his time to explain everything, answering questions about the car and the sales process. Not pushy, no hard sell and I was given time to both browse, and consider the options. Buying process was quick, thorough and very efficient. A genuine, and honest Garage

Very open and honest service. The car was at a good price and all work has been carried out to a good standard. MOTd for 12 months and they will do any work required to ensure there are no advisories on the MOT.

Continued good service from the Team at Pat Lavery Cars!

We've been using Pat Lavery Cars for a number of years to service our small fleet of cars. They always go over and above to help, often fitting us in even when they do not really have space! We have always found them genuine with their advice and guidance. We have bought 2 cars from them this yeah and do not envisage going anywhere else for service, repairs or purchase. Highly recommended.

The customer service you receive at Pat Lavery is second to none. Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about the service they offer. I recently purchased a car and Tony ensured all the paperwork was completed accurately and answered any queries I asked him. Tony treats all his customers with respect and listens to what you need from a car and gives you options and advice, to help you make the right choice for you. You can 100% trust the service. There is no hard sell, and all the staff are always happy to help. I have been a customer now for approximately twenty five years and because of the excellent customer service and genuine care they deliver, has seen Pat Lavery garage develop into the successful business it is today. Excellent service. Paid deposit for the vehicle. Upon preparation of vehicle for collection, problems became evident with it. I was kept upto date with what was being done and offered deposit back as there would be a long wait. All work was eventually completed to a very high standard, and was given a 12 month warranty. I had a long journey to collect the car and they even picked me up from the hotel where I stopped over. All in all, exceptional service and would highly recommend to anyone.
